1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment as specified at the time of booking.
1.2 The balance payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to the departure date unless otherwise stated. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
1.3 Any special requests (e.g., dietary needs, mobility assistance) should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will strive to accommodate these, they cannot be guaranteed.
2. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
2.1 The tour package includes 9 nights’s accommodation, itinerary transportation, breakfast, meals, and entry to attractions as stated in the itinerary.
2.2 3 Nights in Coventry, 2 Nights in Scotland, 1 Night in Manchester, 3 Nights in London.
2.3 Transportation within the itinerary area will be provided via coaches.
2.4 Airport pickup on 21st August only and drop-off on 29th and 30th August.
2.5 Inclusive of all local taxes & service charges.
2.2 Items not included in the package price: personal expenses, travel insurance, visa fees, air tickets and any activities not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by the traveller must be made in writing. The following charges will apply.
3.2 If you cancel before May 22th, a 10% deduction will be applied to the total cost of the tour.
3.3 For cancellations made after May 22nd and before June 22nd, 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
3.4 If cancelling less than 30 days before August 21st : No Refund.
3.5 If a visa is rejected three months prior to the arrival date, a full refund will be provided, minus any payment transaction fees.
3.6 In the rare circumstance that the tour must be canceled, a full refund will be issued, excluding any payment transaction fees.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1 It is mandatory for all travellers to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
4.2 In the unfortunate event of a traveller’s death during the tour: The tour operator will assist in coordinating with local authorities for necessary procedures,
including obtaining a death certificate and arranging for the repatriation of remains if required.
4.3 Any associated costs (e.g., medical, hospital, repatriation, embalming, or additional accommodation for accompanying family members) will be the sole responsibility of the deceased’s family or their travel insurance.
4.4 The tour operator strongly advises all travellers to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and repatriation costs.
4.5 The tour operator shall not be held liable for any delays or disruptions caused by the necessary arrangements.
4.6 If the traveller was part of a group, the remainder of the tour will continue as planned unless circumstances necessitate adjustments.
5. Passport and Visa Requirements
5.1 All travellers must ensure their passport is valid for at least six months from the tour end date.

6. Changes to the Itinerary
6.1 The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, strikes, or other disruptions.
6.2 Any significant changes will be communicated to the travellers promptly.
7. Conduct and Behaviour
7.1 Travellers are expected to act respectfully and responsibly during the tour. Any misconduct or behaviour causing distress to others may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
8. Liability and Limitations
8.1 The tour operator (City Events and Productions Ltd) is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
8.2 While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, we cannot guarantee the performance of third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transport operators, or attractions).
8.3 The traveller agrees to indemnify and hold the tour operator harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their actions during the tour, including but not limited to violations of local laws or damage to property.
9. Health and Safety
9.1 Travellers must inform the operator of any pre-existing medical conditions or requirements.
9.2 The operator reserves the right to refuse participation if the traveller’s health condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the tour will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
10.2 The tour is managed and operated by City Events and Productions Ltd, a registered company in the United Kingdom.
